
To setup your DuoLocal Marketplace store details, log into your Seller Dashboard and go to the Manage Shop link at the top of the menu on the left side of the page or go directly to the Shop Details page at:
https://www.duolocal.com/seller/shop
General Tab
- The General Tab allows adding required details for your shop.
- Complete each field then click the Save button to continue.
Name:
- This is the name of your DuoLocal Marketplace Store
Shop SEO Friendly Url aka Brand / Vanity Store Url:
- This is your custom brand / vanity store url.
- Eg. https://www.duolocal.com/YOUR-BRAND
- This url may contain your username, store name, brand name or another name you would like to represent your store.
- If there are spaces in your chosen name, the spaces can be removed or replaced with a dash.
- Only letters, numbers and dashes may be included in this url.
Phone:
- Select the country your phone is based in from the dropdown.
- The United States (+1) is selected by default.
- The phone number should be entered in the format
- AreacodePhonenumber with no spaces or dashes
- Eg: 3051239876
Country:
- Select the country where your store is based. If your country is not on the dropdown list, please contact us.
State / Province:
- After selecting your Country, select your State or Province.
Postal Code / Zip Code:
- Enter the zip / postal code for your store.
Shop Status:
- On – Your shop is active and your products are being displayed at: https://www.duolocal.com/yourstore
- Off – Your shop is NOT active and your products are NOT being displayed on DuoLocal Marketplace.
Return Policy:
- How long (in days) do buyers have to return items if they are unsatisfied with your purchase?
- Only enter a number. Eg. 30
Order Cancellation:
- How long (in days) do buyers have to cancel an order:
- Only enter a number. Eg. 3
How soon can in-store orders be picked up?
- How soon after placing an order for local pickup will the order be ready for pickup?
Fulfillment Method:
- Ship Only – enables shipping for orders purchased.
- Ship & Pickup – enables shipping or local pickup for orders purchased.
- Pickup Only – enables local pickup of orders but NOT shipping.
- *** Note: in order to enable Pickup or Ship & Pickup, the Pickup Address tab must be completed.
Important info to include on invoices:
- Info such as how to cancel or return an order.
Click the Save button to continue.

Language:
- Select the store’s language from the dropdown. English is currently the only option available.
Shop Name:
- The name of the shop.
Shop Address – Line 1
- The street address for your shop.
Shop Address – Line 2
- Additional address info.
Shop City:
- The city the shop is located in.
Contact Person:
- The name of the contact person for the store.
Description:
- The description for the shop.
Payment Policy:
- The following text should be used “Payment is collected at the time of your order through the DuoLocal Marketplace.”
Delivery Policy:
- Your store’s delivery policy.
Return Policy:
- What is your shop’s return policy.
Additional Information:
- Any additional information you think your clients should have.
Seller Information:
Click the Save button to continue.

Return Address
The Return Address tab allows setting up the address where returns are sent.
Country:
- Select the name of the Country where returns should be sent from the dropdown menu.
State:
- Select the State or Province where returns should be sent.
Postal Code / Zip:
- Enter the Postal or Zip Code where returns should be sent.
Phone:
- Enter your Phone number in format AreacodePhonenumber with no spaces or dashes
Click the Save button to continue.

Return Address – Language Data
Language:
- Select the language from the dropdown menu.
Name:
- Store’s name
City:
- Store’s City
Address:
- Store’s street address
Address 2:
- Store’s additional address information.

Shop Pickup Addresses
- In order to enable “Pick Up” or “Ship & Pickup” delivery options, please add your pickup address(es) here.
Click the Media Tab link to continue.

Media Tab
The Media Tab allows you to specify a Banner and a Logo for your shop.
- It’s currently possible to upload banners for Desktop, iPad / Tablets and Mobile phones.
- ***Note: Banners are not currently displayed on the website so banners uploaded at this time will not be visible on your shop’s page until the feature is enabled for public display.
Logo Setup
Upload your shop’s logo in PNG or JPEG format. Recommended dimensions are 150 x 150 px.

Collections make it possible to create special categorizations of products to be displayed together.
Collections may be added after products have been added.
